Wake up to the aroma of fresh-brewed local-roasted coffee and sizzling thick-cut, slab bacon. Then enjoy our famous gourmet country breakfast served daily from 8-9:30 am in the Federal House Dining Room. In warmer months we offer al fresco dining on our back patio.
For early breakfast and checkout, please make arrangements with us the evening before.

Our Menu offers ample choices to suit all guests. We use as many local and organic ingredients as possible. We offer seasonal fruit salads to start, and a hearty main course with an abundance of sides. If you have any special dietary requests, please let us know during the reservation process.
Mixed Fruit Parfait
Seasonal fruit dressed with our Homemade Honey Vanilla Yogurt and topped with our Housemade Granola
Apple, Pear & Grape Salad
Seasonal fruit dressed with our Homemade Cinnamon Citrus Yogurt, topped with our Signature Granola
Creme Brulee French Toast
A guest favorite. Made from scratch crème brûlée stuffed in French Bread topped with caramelized turbinado sugar
Buttermilk Pancakes or Waffles
Homemade daily, our buttermilk pancakes and waffles can be left alone for the purists, or topped with seasonal fruit
Quiche of the day
Our quiche is made in-house with farm fresh eggs and cream. Some guest favorites include Asparagus and Herb Cheese, Ham and Cheddar, Tomato and 3 Cheese

All classes are held on Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:30PM
Classes are done in demonstration style. If you fell like jumping in and helping, just let us know.
Come hungry! We will end the class in my private dining area and enjoy all of our labor of love. Dessert classes will start with a soup and salad to coat our tummies for sweet treats. Soft drinks are provided. Wine is available for purchase. Classes are fully transferable or refundable up to 7 days before the class. In the event that you can not join us and it is within 7 days of the class you may give or sell your spot in the event that you can not make it.

November 8th - $60 per person
With Thanksgiving around the corner, join us and go home ready and armed to roast the juiciest, most tender bird you have ever had.
Thanksgiving Sides that Steal the Show
November 14th - $55 per person
Come join the fun and add a few new updated sides that will surely steal the show.
November 21st - $50 per person
In this class we will create 3 Thanksgiving desserts, including apple pie of course.
December 12th - $65 per person
We will be preparing a traditional Christmas meal with Prime Rib, Yorkshire Puddings and all the trimmings.
December 19th - $50 per person
Show Stopping Holiday Desserts and Cookies, an array of simple but elegant desserts and cookies to fill your holiday table.
Soup, it's What's for Dinner
January 9th - $50 per person
Soup can be such a satisfying meal. We will discuss the differences between stock and broth, cream soups and bisques.
