Wake up to the aroma of fresh-brewed local-roasted coffee and sizzling thick-cut, slab bacon. Then enjoy our famous gourmet country breakfast served daily from 8-9:30 am in the Federal House Dining Room. In warmer months we offer al fresco dining on our back patio.

“To Die For!” is how people describe the breakfast at Wills Graves. Our innkeeper is an accomplished chef and lifelong foodie. Her depth of knowledge about food and her creative talent make staying here a truly unique experience.
Breakfasts start with seasonal fruit salads and are then followed up by your choice of main courses and plenty of sides. We use as many local and organic ingredients as possible every day.

Mixed Fruit Parfait
Seasonal fruit dressed with our homemade honey vanilla yogurt and topped with our house-made granola.
Apple, Pear & Grape Salad
Seasonal fruit dressed with our homemade cinnamon citrus yogurt, topped with our signature granola.
Creme Brulee French Toast
Crème brûlée made from scratch then stuffed inside fresh French bread. Topped with caramelized turbinado sugar.
Buttermilk Pancakes or Waffles
Homemade daily, enjoy our buttermilk pancakes and waffles plain or topped with delicious, fresh seasonal fruit.
Quiche of the day
We make our quiche in-house using farm fresh eggs and real cream. Some guest favorites include asparagus and herb cheese, ham and cheddar, and tomato and three cheese.

At Willis Graves Bed & Breakfast, the love of fine food is unmistakable. To share that love, we offer cooking classes a few times a month for our guests and locals as well. Some classes are technique driven and some are theme or holiday-inspired, but all of them send you home equipped to put good food on your table.
Classes are done in demonstration style. If you fell like jumping in and helping, just let us know.
Come hungry! We will end the class in my private dining area and enjoy all of our labor of love. Dessert classes will start with a soup and salad to coat our tummies for sweet treats. Soft drinks are provided. Wine is available for purchase. Classes are fully transferable or refundable up to 7 days before the class. In the event that you can not join us and it is within 7 days of the class you may give or sell your spot in the event that you can not make it.
