Our Kitchen

Wake up to the aroma of fresh-brewed local-roasted coffee and sizzling thick-cut, slab bacon. Then enjoy our famous gourmet country breakfast served daily from 8-9:30 am in the Federal House Dining Room. In warmer months we offer al fresco dining on our back patio.

For early breakfast and checkout, please make arrangements with us the evening before.

Our Menu offers ample choices to suit all guests. We use as many local and organic ingredients as possible. We offer seasonal fruit salads to start, and a hearty main course with an abundance of sides. If you have any special dietary requests, please let us know during the reservation process.

Mixed Fruit Parfait

Seasonal fruit dressed with our Homemade Honey Vanilla Yogurt and topped with our Housemade Granola

Apple, Pear & Grape Salad

Seasonal fruit dressed with our Homemade Cinnamon Citrus Yogurt, topped with our Signature Granola

Creme Brulee French Toast

A guest favorite. Made from scratch crème brûlée stuffed in French Bread topped with caramelized turbinado sugar

Buttermilk Pancakes or Waffles

Homemade daily, our buttermilk pancakes and waffles can be left alone for the purists, or topped with seasonal fruit

Quiche of the day

Our quiche is made in-house with farm fresh eggs and cream. Some guest favorites include Asparagus and Herb Cheese, Ham and Cheddar, Tomato and 3 Cheese
