Soup! Its What’s for Dinner

JANUARY 10TH

I could make a meal of soup almost anytime of the year. Once you understand a couple basic techniques to make a great soup the possibilities are endless. We will prepare 1 bone broth soup, 1 cream soup and 1 vegetarian soup. Afterward we will enjoy good company and a meal in the Inn Keeper’s private space. Wine will be available for purchase.

Chili... Let's get ready for the Super Bowl!

January 17th

Lets face it, the super bowl while exciting for some to watch, some of just want the day to indulge in party food. Join us for the pre game warm up. We will prepare 2 kinds of chili, one chicken, one brisket. Let’s turn our nacho’s up a notch and top it with some brisket chili and all the fixings. Round it out with some kicked up asian wings, and slaw. Afterward we will enjoy good company and our super bowl extravaganza in the Inn Keeper’s private space. Wine will be available for purchase.

Healthy-ish; Time to give your body a break

January 24th

Healthy in terms of eating never quite sounds that good. Let us introduce you to some healthy-ish meals and techniques that even your pickiest of eaters will enjoy.We will make five spice chicken wrap,  lamb and 5 grain power bowl, and a shrimp stir fry. Three meals that you can get on your table during a busy week that everyone will enjoy. Afterward we will enjoy good company and our meals in the Inn Keeper’s private space. Wine will be available for purchase.

Valentine’s Dinner for Someone Special

February 7th

Looking to avoid the crowds. How about cooking a special dinner for you and some one special? Learn how to perfectly cook Beef Tenderloin with Bordelaise Sauce, and all the trimmings. A quick easy decadent dessert of chocolate truffles to end the meal. Afterward we will enjoy good company and our meal in the Inn Keepers private space. Wine will be available for purchase.

One Pot Meals

February 21st

How about some Chicken N’ Dumplins, Skillet Lasagna or One pan Hot Honey Chicken and rice. One pot meals are so satisfying in the dreary days of winter. Learn some pro tips and join in the fun. Spanish Tapas

February 28th

Tapas is Spains version of appetizers. Put 4-5 assorted small plates together with a glass of homemade  Sangria and you’ve got yourself a fun dinner. We will make Patatas Bravas (Crispy Potatoes with aioli), Gambas al Ajillo (Garlic Shrimp), Tortlla Espanol (Spanish Omelet), Chorizo ,Manchego and olive Skewers and Croquetas de Jamon (Ham Croquettes) Afterward we will enjoy good company and our meal in the Inn Keepers private space. Red and White Sangria included.

Homemade Pasta!

March 13th

Everyone loves pasta, but those that have tried fresh pasta really love pasta. The magic that comes from flour, salt, olive oil and water will make your lasagna go from ordinary too extraordinary. We will make fresh sheets of pasta and 2 kinds of lasagna, one meat, one vegetable. One will have a white sauce, the other a traditional red “gravy” as they say in Italy. Afterward we will enjoy good company and our meal in the Inn Keepers private space. Wine will be available for purchase.

The Flavors of Spring

March 20th

Spring time brings a whole new world of cooking. Tender greens, baby vegetables, fresh herbs and a new mindset. We are ready to step a little lighter and cook a little quicker. Even the air of spring has a special smell. Poached salmon with dill and lemon sauce, Pan seared chicken with artichokes and peas will be the stars of the evening. Lemon pound cake with strawberry basil compote and whip cream for the final. Afterward we will enjoy good company and our meal in the Inn Keepers private space. Wine will be available for purchase.

Easter Brunch

March 20th

Where better to learn some fantastic new brunch ideas for Easter than from an InnKeeper! We are serving fantastic breakfast for kings everyday!

We will teach you some tricks to get brunch on the table with out all the last minute cooking and being stuck in the kitchen. Take ordinary French toast and make it into a Blueberry French Toast Bake with Vanilla Bean Cream, Individual ham, egg and cheese bowls,  assorted individual quiche and of course a yogurt and fresh fruit bar that will delight even the kiddo’s.  Afterward we will enjoy good company and our meal in the Inn Keepers private space. Wine will be available for purchase.
