Mr. and Mrs. Graves' Suite
The showpiece of The Federal Home, Mr. and Mrs. Graves’ Suite is the largest on the property. Enter through a private entrance you’re surrounded by exquisite period furnishings that evoke the atmosphere of a less complicated era. Modern amenities guarantee you’re cozy, comfortable, and connected when you need to be.

Thomas’ Room is a charming suite adorned with period furnishings and the modern amenities that guarantee a wonderful stay. Soak in your private jacuzzi then slide between triple layers of butter-soft sheets on your queen four-poster bed. In the morning, pull back the curtains and enjoy the morning sun.
Catherine's Room
If cozy and restful sounds perfect to you, choose Catherine’s Room. It features a full-size bed, period furniture, lovingly selected artwork, and (non working) original fireplace. The private spa bathroom has a lovely soaking tub with whirlpool jets. An adorable, romantic, and charming room for a perfect dream getaway.
Upstairs Suite in the Log Cabin
A private entrance leads to a romantic suite that artfully combines historic architecture and modern luxury. The vaulted wood ceiling and thick log walls enclose a plush king-size bed and period furnishings that evoke the charm of yesteryear.
Downstairs Suite in the Log Cabin
This spacious hideaway on the first floor of the log cabin features a working gas fireplace, king-size bed, and private deck where you can enjoy our spectacular setting. The furnishings are shaped by regional influences and authentic American design.
Garden Cottage Suite

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying here recently and it was awesome. We are not cabin folks, by any means, but the place had all the charm of a cabin with just the right amount of modern creature comforts for city-dwellers like us. The owner, Jennifer, made it more like visiting family you like and actually want to visit more than a business. She was thoughtful, made great recommendations, spent time us just chatting, and man, can she cook! The breakfasts were 5-star.

Willis Graves was an excellent B & B for a quiet getaway weekend. Only 20 minutes from Cincinnatti, it’s easy to get to and still feels like you’re far away from the hustle and bustle of the day-to-day. We stayed in the ‘Mr. and Mrs. Graves’ Suite’ which included a spacious sitting room and a two-person hot tub in the bathroom. It was cozy and comfortable, with lots of attention to detail and small amenities that gave a feeling of luxury (welcome cookies, s’mores kit and a fire pit, a fireplace in the room …) We will definitely be back!

My husband, daughter and I make a trip to northern Kentucky every year in May to visit family, and it is always a pleasure to stay at the Willis Graves Bed and Breakfast. My husband and I delight in staying at the downstairs suite of the charming Log Cabin, while our adult daughter stays in the comfortable Catherine’s Room of the main house. The atmosphere is quiet and restful, the innkeeper Jennifer and her staff are cheerful and attentive, and the breakfast ( and the treats deliverd daily by the housekeeper) are gourmet delights! We’ll be back again (and again!)

OUR BREAKFAST
“To Die For!” is how people describe the breakfast at Wills Graves. Our innkeeper is an accomplished chef and lifelong foodie. Her depth of knowledge about food and her creative talent make staying here a truly unique experience.
Breakfasts start with seasonal fruit salads and are then followed up by your choice of main courses and plenty of sides. We use as many local and organic ingredients as possible every day.
